In this episode of The Burn Podcast, Ben Newman sits down with Bryan “Juice” Edwards, co-founder of Hughes-Edwards Builders and a man whose energy, authenticity, and commitment to growth are impossible to ignore. Known for his daily “Juice Boost” messages and his ability to bring positivity into every room he enters, Bryan shares the deeper story behind that mindset—from the influence of his parents’ lasting marriage and faith, to surviving a plane crash that gave him an even greater appreciation for the gift of each day. For Bryan, the burn begins with one simple truth: never waste today.
Ben and Bryan unpack what it means to live with love, faith, discipline, and intentionality in every area of life. Bryan opens up about embracing his gift of encouragement, becoming more coachable, and committing to a challenge-based lifestyle that transformed not only his mindset, but also his health, marriage, business, and leadership. From reversing health issues and building greater capacity, to leading his family and business with purpose, Bryan’s story is a powerful reminder that legacy is not something you leave behind someday—it’s how you show up right now. If you need a reminder to stop waiting, own today, and bring more light into the lives around you, this episode will give you the juice.

Meet Brian “Juice” Edwards
SPEAKER_01Welcome back to another episode of The Burn. I am Ben Newman, and you know how we do this every single week. We bring you a story of an athlete, an entertainer, a celebrity, somebody from the business world who helps us understand that why and purpose is not enough. It's the underlying burn that ignites your why and purpose that causes us to show up on the days we don't feel like it, and especially after you win. Today we have a very, very, very special guest. Many of you will know him already. Many of you are going to be so excited that you have an opportunity to get to know him. But we affectionately, in our standard elite mastermind group, have nicknamed Brian Edwards Juice. So in life, you will meet individuals who they just bring in electric authenticity, energy, fire, and passion to all of the relationships and lives that they touch. And for those of you that are part of our standard elite masterminds, the small group, there's only a handful of you. We never have more than 15 people. But for those of you that know about Standard Elite, we do a retreat one time per year. And we had a retreat a couple of years ago. We rented these big mansions right on the beach down in Mexico. And we had a we had a little break in between sessions and just challenging and loving on each other. And and Brian at the time leaves the room and comes back. And we just nicknamed him Juice. And we told him there's just something about the energy that you bring to any situation. You could be involved in the worst situation ever. And Brian Edwards is going to bring this positivity and juice. And ever since he has been known as Juice. And he's known that way in our group every day on Instagram. And I would encourage you guys to find him. And we're going to make it easy for you to find him in the show notes. But he brings what he calls juice boost every day. And it's this authentic, transparent, quick, to the point message about showing up the right way in life. And Brian is not only a member of Standard Elite Mastermind, he's become a friend. The deepness of the one-on-one relationships, when I have the blessing of working this closely with somebody, it becomes like family. It's a friendship. It's a bond. There's things that Brian has done to help our family and to help Kennedy. And there's so much that we could get into. But the most important thing today is not anything he's done for us. It's what I want him to be able to do for you. And what that is, is to bring a little bit of juice and some fire and some energy into your life. And I think one of the things you'll find from hearing his story is that he's had challenges in adversity, just like you. There's been adverse times, just like you. There's been ups and downs in business, just like you. But when you choose to show up with juice and a positive energy, it's amazing what can be accomplished in life. He builds some of the most beautiful homes you could ever imagine through their organization, Hughes Edwards, in Nashville, Tennessee. I encourage you to look up Hughes Edwards because some of these houses they build, it's like you ask them to build something, and it's like whatever your dreams are, they make them a reality. And sometimes he'll take you project by project. Just you get on his Instagram, they'll literally walk you through hey, here was once the land, and now here's was the dream, and here it is from some of the most wild, I think, of staircases that he's shown me to bookcases that he's shown. I mean, it's just amazing. And then in addition to that, he's been just the changes that he's had in health, and we're going to talk about all this and just embracing life and being just an amazing husband to Sharon, and they have two beautiful daughters where there's amazing changes in his life happening this year with births and marriages, and he is committed to giving his all and bringing juice in everything that he does. So, Brian Edwards, my brother, my friend, standard elite mastermind member, this is long overdue. Welcome to the burn, juice.
Where The Positivity Comes From
SPEAKER_00Wow. Goat, thank you so much. I it's an honor to be here. And it has been a fantastic ride up to this point. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01What would you say or take us back to where did the this this big smile, this positive energy, like we've joked with you in Stanley League? Like somebody could literally go up to Juice. I mean, kick him right in the you know where, and he would just be like, let's go get, let's go have a day. And you'd be like, Well, wait a second. Like, somebody just where did this just positivity, this, this reigning positivity come from in your life?
SPEAKER_00I am truly my mother's son. Gladys Edwards, we call her Grammy, is is you think I have the juice, she brings the juice. And so I I come by it honestly, and then our oldest is the same way. Um, I've always been born with with that, uh, that just that positivity. I mean, God gave me the gift of encouragement. And for a long time, I I suppressed it because it was like, that's not a strong skill set to have. And then finally, in working with you and others, I finally embraced that to say, hey, this is who I am. This is this is what my talent is. Now let's go use it. And once I made that, I guess, that uh decision to do, to move forward with it and to say, hey, this is what I got, doors start to open. Things start to really change when you start to embrace your authenticity. And so that, but it yes, it's it's come from a long ways back. So it's I and credit my mom.
Marriage Commitment And Faith
SPEAKER_01You know, you you have been really, really blessed, um, you know, especially in the world we live in today, really. For the, you know, I I would say the the ages of yours to mine and the ages in between, you know, people around our age, they've experienced so much divorce. And you see some of the numbers and just people's ability to stay together. And, you know, you have been blessed that you have parents that have had this amazing influence, parents that have shown you like you stay committed. And you and Sharon have been married 30, how many 30? 35 years. 35 years, right? I mean, even today, you don't hear 35 years, even you know, for Amy and I, we've been married 19 years. This year will be 20. I mean, you just you don't hear this much anymore. How important? So, beyond just your mom, has the example of stick-to-itness, right? Because I'd have to imagine your your parents' marriage wasn't always perfect, right? Or business wasn't always great. There's challenges we all have in raising families. How have you been able to take that example? Because it's rare that you see it, the example of parents at your age that are married, love each other, still still even alive and bringing joy and love to the world, and then you carrying that on. What what are some of the lessons you've learned there that would really help people understand the importance of staying committed?
SPEAKER_00First off, they've been married for 63 years. It'll be 64 this year. Dad's 87, mom's 84, and they are busier today than they have ever been. They're and they're in great health, which is fantastic. We're blessed to have that. Yeah, there's been a lot of ups and downs. Uh, but but what you learn is when you say I do, that's a commitment. That is a commitment that says for better, worse, everything. You know, we always kid around and say, all right, divorce is not an option, murder a possibility. But but but it's just one of those things when you go into it, it's like, I'm committed. This is this is my covenant. Um, and I learned that from a very early age with my parents, and and we went we went through a whole uh that's a whole nother story, but but I have learned from them the importance of uh your your word is your bond. And and you you do what you say. And you know, just like Nick Saban says, how we do one thing is how we do everything.
Relentless Standards In Daily Life
SPEAKER_01This episode of The Burn is brought to you by our dear friends and partners at Q Logics. Now, you know I don't co-sign things I don't believe in. And I believe in John Chirondo and the team at Q Logics. He's built multiple nine-figure businesses, real integrity, real character, the kind of guy you want in your corner. But here's what happened. All that expertise, all that knowledge, it was just his. Locked in his head, his decisions, his team, you couldn't access it. So John created Q Logics. He basically said, How do I make everything I've built available to people who actually need it? Here's what that looks like. Q Logics helps you see the blind spots in your business, the gaps you don't even know you have. You don't know what you don't know. They're your tour guide through that. Q-Logics helps you build systems that make your business work better or they ask better questions so you're approaching it in the most effective way. And Q Logics has access to a network of businesses and resources, real connections, real synergies that can accelerate what you're building. If any of that resonates, go to Q-Hyphen Logics, L-O-G-I-X.com forward slash Ben. Fill out a form, their team will research your situation personally, then they'll tell you straight can they actually help? Thank you to our friends and partners at Q Logics. Make sure you find out more about Q Logics and your opportunity to win more with them today.
SPEAKER_00My father always told me you you always leave something better than you found it. And uh, you know, I've learned a lot of lessons along the way, but but the the the fact that that it you you don't it's not something that oh it's hard, I'm gonna forget this, and I'll go find something else to do. No, you work your you work your way through it. And when we had kids, lots of challenges there. You work through them. You don't suppress them or you don't push it off to the side, you deal with it. And there's there's been we've been to hell, picked up the fire and brought it back. And uh, you know, we've had lots of dark in there too, lots of good times as well. But you just, I don't know, you just go through it. It's just it is what it is, and and we've gotta, we've got to go through it. Faith is another one, Ben. It's that's been very my mom and dad have my dad became a Christian when I was in seventh grade, and mom has always been that way. So a strong faith has always been a foundation I've had throughout my whole life. And so that has also been been mirrored to me as well, and uh or shown to me. So the those are some of those. And then I just my father tells a story uh that that my one of my grandfathers came to him one day, and I have an older brother and a younger brother, one that's 13 months older and one that's 13 years younger. But he looked at my dad and and he said, of all the three boys, this is the one that's gonna make it because he's he's he's got relentlessness that he doesn't quit. So um it it's some uh some of it's in the DNA.
The 2007 Private Plane Crash
SPEAKER_01Take us to um and and I love the the undertones of just strong love, strong faith. And for all of you listening, when you think like when you have love and faith, it's easier to stay committed, right? Life is never gonna be easy, but it it's easier with love and faith to stay committed. You, my friend, have uh we've talked about the burn in so many different ways. You have actually been given a second chance in life. So just as I approach one day at a time from watching my mother struggle from a rare muscle disease and you know, coming to the dinner table with an IV stand, that's given my me, my perspective of what it means to really appreciate every day. Help us understand why it's even a miracle that uh that juice is with us here today sharing the juice.
SPEAKER_00In 07, I walked away from a private plane crash. A private plane we crashed. My brother-in-law was in it as well, and we um we were spared. Uh God said it wasn't our time, but but uh we did crash land, and everything worked out just the right way. We didn't catch on fire, we didn't flip, we didn't land in the pond that was right next to us, just a lot of different things that God's hand was in that that uh that we walked away from it. And uh what that did for me, I can I've compressed two vertebrae, an L1 and an L2. They were they're compressed, but other than that, I didn't have many issues. And I really didn't have any trauma. You know, everybody asks, did you think you were gonna die? No, I didn't think I was gonna die. I just knew it was gonna hurt like hell when we hit, and uh, and it did.
SPEAKER_01Um, but that's this was not a bad landing. This was I mean, it was the it was the crash. I mean, there were difficulties and it was it would fall, it's a crash.
SPEAKER_00We we we had difficulty, and um when we were we we had turned around and we're headed headed back to where we started from. We had gone up to to look at some some properties and then we were coming back to where we started from. And yes, we had difficulties, and um we had to find a place to land. And when I was told, hey, I have a place, I looked out, Ben, it was not the airport, it was a strip of land. And I was like, whoa, okay, and uh everything, everything got very silent, and uh it was just like a log flume when we went down um to to try to, I guess he find find the way to land. And and we could have we hit we hit um straight into the ground with the propeller, and instead of flipping, we popped and slid, which is a miracle there. We had a pond that was 30 feet from us.
SPEAKER_01We had that that that little aspect of inches was the difference of life or death. It is absolutely fire and you're not walking away.
SPEAKER_00That's right. And and um there was still fuel in on one side of the uh of the gas tanks as well. And so uh everyone else was worse for the wear. I mean, we had had lots of lots of pretty serious injuries, but um, I was able to be the first one out and grab everybody out of the plane. Um, I thought one was dead in the back and ended up had a concussion and was hit in the head, but we were able to get everybody out of the plane. I was able to call 911 and get get them there. The funny part about that was is they missed us the first time. They drove right past where we were, had to come back. Um, but anyways, uh I was the only one that was taken to a local hospital. Everyone else was lifelided and taken different places. But um it was funny. I was supposed to work out that afternoon, Ben, and the first thing I asked for when we got to the ER was a treadmill because I had to get a run in. And they were like, um, no, you're gonna be full of morphine and you're not going anywhere. And so uh, anyways, but what the biggest thing that that did is it it instills in you that life is precious, and as you and I have worked on this, when you talk about burn, the first component of my burn is never waste today. We have other things, other pieces and parts, but that's the main one because you can't get today back, and so a lot of times when people say, Well, I'll start that tomorrow, you know, it'll be tomorrow. There's no tomorrow, it's today. And if if you're gonna make a change, you do it now. And it doesn't have to be anything grand, it's just start, move, because tomorrow's not a guarantee. Yesterday's done and dusted, so you've got to have today. So, so what changed with me was the importance of get done today, because it's a gift, and do what you can with it.
Daily Self Review And The Burn
SPEAKER_01So I wanna I I want to really uh just honor you and highlight your discipline, and then you know, give an opportunity for you to to share and speak to it and why you've remained this committed. So now we have love, now we have faith, now you got extreme faith with God on your side to live through a plane crash to say, hey, that's my perspective. I will not waste a day, which then becomes a choice for all of us when we hear that. Well, what are you going to choose to do with that? Because how many times have you heard me say, or we've had conversations about the individuals who tell you how great they want to be? And then when we have a conversation with their action, we find out they don't really want it that bad. And I will never, ever, ever, ever forget. And there's different ways that that you know a connection starts. And so our connection started through Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, because she was part of the mental toughness forum. And then you decided, hey, I'm gonna reach out to the team, and you speak to Tev from our who leads our sales team, and Tev is amazing, and you and Tev have this amazing conversation. Then all of a sudden, Tev is like, you've got to meet this guy, Brian. Like, there's something about this guy. And of course, you guys are seeing it, that big smile, that energy, and that juice. And I'll never forget, we scheduled a call. I was at training camp with Mac Jones and a couple of the other Patriots, and I believe it was his rookie year, and so it's this critically important time, you know, for Mac, and all the great things that he had in front of him, just being a first round, you know, draft pick. And so there were, you know, essentially two practices, even though it's supposed to be one, it's you know, in the middle of basically two practices, a really elevated walkthrough with Belichick, and then you've got practice in the afternoon. And that we had scheduled a call, and I had to take the call in the parking lot of the Gillette Stadium of the practice field. And and we just we connected and we bonded and we started this opportunity to work together. And part of um what I've done and shared is an opportunity for people to answer a couple of questions that I think are profound questions. And one is, you know, what is the biggest areas of opportunity for you and your life? I think we have to, just like athletes, we have to break down game film. And I think for everybody listening, what if every 30 days you said, hey, I'm gonna break down the last 30 days? What's my biggest area of opportunity? And then you're honest with yourself, you evaluate and you make change. And then what are the biggest areas of great discipline in my life right now? What are the things that are working? Like those are the things we need to continue. And I asked you those two questions. You now have journaled the answer to those two questions every day since. What could before I give one of the greatest examples, special examples? I want you to answer the question first, but what caused you to say, I'm gonna start evaluating myself differently? What caused you to say I'm gonna be, you know, because that that that really is that's living one day at a time. That's saying, okay, he usually asks that of people 30 days, doing it every day. Why? Why has that been important for you to connect to how you show up every day? Not just saying it, but actually doing it.
SPEAKER_00I've done a lot of self-improvement or or programs where you're you're you're you're trying to better yourself or find who you are, all those types of things. You're you are the first one that introduced the burn. Why and purpose are great, but they're really not enough. You got to get in the cellar, you gotta dig down deep, you gotta find out when all the crap's hitting, what makes me continue to do what I'm doing? What is that deep down deep down purpose? And I think sometimes it I got I was I was sick and tired of where I was, so the pain of of where I was right then was worse than making the change. And I knew that the deep evaluation had to happen. No one really likes to open that that door and look down in and see all that stuff. But I'm telling you, there is so much liberation on the other side and so many gifts, and so many that's where that's when you take off. And as you always say, we've just begun. And really, you know what I did? I became coachable and I listened to what you told me and I evaluated and I said, This has to happen. This is the way. And that's when I started doing it. I didn't like doing it at first, it was not fun. But the the beauty of that, and I've done other programs that help that keep you that way, but but what it does is it it grounds me, it checks me every day. Am I doing what I need to do? What more do I need to give? Which is another big one we talk about. Um, and then that second question what are my opportunities? What can I do today? How can I make the necessary changes or the tweaks, the details? What am I missing? And you challenge yourself to go do that so that so that when you hit that door, you're ready to rock and roll, you're ready to go and do what you need to do because life's gonna
Health Reset That Extends Life
SPEAKER_01smack you in the face when you when you hit reality and you got to be able to to deal with it and so when you have that stuff already worked out or you you work through those things you're ready it's gonna bounce off I'm gonna handle it we're gonna be okay and it's been yeah and there are days I don't want to do it but I do it because I know what it will do for me down the road and that's that consistency we talk about that's what builds that confidence and so I I I wouldn't miss it for the I I no it is it is an imperative like a lot of times we talk about things it is something that that I must do everybody listening I want I want to ask you a question if you could be this consistent this aware the example that juice is providing and I actually was able to prove to you that it would extend your life right like how many people what if they okay we we only know we're given this one day but what if we knew like if I'm more intentional I'm more focused I'm more aware I'm more honest with myself I'm more disciplined in all areas of life not hey I'm really I'm in this you know part of my life right now business is really tough so I'm gonna let my personal go or I'm gonna let my my my health go I'm gonna let this go I'll tell my family I'm gonna be busy for the next couple of years with this new project but it's gonna be worth it because it's amazing the doors that are going to open for everything that we do and we make these excuses to not be this whole being with awareness of attacking each day. What if I shared with all of you because you've heard me talk about prize fighter days you've heard but what if I actually told you living this way would extend your life and what if I told you that Brian Edwards was an example of that now we probably have your attention if the juice man didn't have your attention now he's really going to get it because something you've done and I know this is going to make you emotional it's probably going to make uh make me emotional so I'm gonna speak to the fact it's gonna make us emotional for an effort to allow us to not become emotional talking about this um you you have sent me newspaper clippings of the juice man playing football back in the day. Now there's some black and whites there's some old black and whites but like man I'd like I mean juice was a hitter like this guy could I mean this guy could get after it juice was a hitter and you were a hell of an athlete but the reason why I bring this up is you now have gotten to a weight that is less than what you weighed in high school when you and I met and had that first conversation the the the juice had that beautiful head of hair back then but juice still looked good he had that big smile but when you and I first started working together the juice I see on this Zoom screen right here is not the juice that I started working with. And the the thing that I think is such a blessing is I have watched you grow your business which brought challenges grow your marriage now lean into marriage for your for uh another for another one of your daughters birth for your another it's just it's amazing the growth in all areas but I specifically want to speak to your health because there's something that's happened that most people are are unwilling to ever attack with great discipline understanding that if you do you could actually extend your life and you I think we're now on over the last couple of years two to three to four different health reports from doctors going wait a second this is not this is not possible like hey you don't need this medication anymore hey the the buildup on your heart that you once had like what what happened to the buildup on your heart you have taken control of your heart you've taken control of your health you've taken control of your life and you have literally we've talked about it you've extended your life because of your discipline how does that make you feel and maybe speak to where you were and where you are now and why you are and why you look the way that you do now and I I don't want everybody to just look at this as the look it's the extension of life and health and vibrancy and extra juice that comes from the work you put in you know I'm grateful and I'm also humbled but the first thing I had to do Ben is I had to check my ego.
SPEAKER_00That's that's the first thing you have to do and and and we talk about being coachable. I had I've always you know I I l I went a long time uh between playing I played uh one year of football in college and then then from there until I was in my I don't know maybe early 40s I I just didn't do a whole lot uh as far as I gained a lot of weight I was up to 242 pounds at one point um I made a decision at that point things are gonna change and I had to I I basically changed my environment and and I wasn't a morning person at that time I made myself become a morning person and was getting up and being at the gym at 5 a.m in the morning and those first four months were hell because I was late a lot of other issues and I finally worked that through so let's say 2007 forward I always had that that um exercise mentality well you challenged me to do 75 hard and I was like well Ben I already worked out I don't you know I'm not sure that's what I need to do and you're like no you need to do it not from the physical perspective there's so many other things involved in this so I listened and I got the book and I read and and realized what all had to happen and then we picked a date and then also another uh Judy uh Selby who is in everybody knows Judy Selby is was said hey I want to do this too so and then you as well Ben and we had check-ins it began the commitment was made it's like I can't get out of this let's go and so we started January 1st of 25 by the 90th day or the 75th day I went from 200 around 200 down to 165 I think is what it was which is incredible but the guy that I trained with he is he also he gave me a uh a specific diet and on this program it is so strict that if you do anything wrong you go back all the way to the beginning and I said there is no way I'm doing that so along the way and we we would send notes and and and you were a great encourager and Judy the same way but it was it was really neat to work through that there are so many other things that happened I mean it was it was um capacity just just my heart opened more uh my awareness that just there were so many things though that opened up to me uh how I thought about things instead of being small minded you start thinking bigger and what can be possible what can we do and your service to others and all these things and and you know you have people always that come up to you and say man what are you doing? And so I just kept my head down and kept going. The most important thing that we all must realize is when we go through something like this is that you get to the end of it you have reached a plateau. You have two choices you either stay and then move forward or you trip on what's behind you and you go backwards. There is no going back as you and I talk about a lot it is this is where I am and there is no going back. You start here and you keep going forward. It is a never finish mentality you have to constantly evaluate but you always have to push because we always want to be a better version of who we are. In order to do that it's a challenge-based lifestyle it's not for everybody but it's for me and it's what I do and if I can do anything to push others in that regard to be the best they can be I'm all in I want I want to be able to be number one you want to lead by example but you want to instill and you want to find what's in that other person to make them want to do that as well. What's it going to take? Because it starts with the physical but then if you have that if if you're healthy there then you the the the mental the spiritual the emotional all the other pieces and parts come into play as well but you got to have that temple that that foundation first so that you're able to do the other things that's why it's it it starts there but goes go goes uh moves from there. But yes it's um it you know we continue on i i still i'm I'm finding another level too it's like we lost a lot of body fat all those things and so we want to continue but the benefits you talked about is yes uh I got off blood pressure medicine just reversed it I looked at the doctor one day I said I don't want on this what do I got to do and so we figured it out by going through this I dropped that I had a colonoscopy I've had pops in the past zero pops when when we did the last colonoscopy um and then then the heart you know I've never had anything dealt with on the heart but they they showed me what I had I did a uh uh a clear clearly uh exam and they said oh yeah we can we can work through this you have very minimal um buildup and so we'll work through that so it's important that we do the checkups that we need to do to evaluate where we are and what we need to do blood work is crucial you've got to do that but diet and I've fought this forever diet is almost more important than the exercise piece.
Redefining Legacy As Present Tense
SPEAKER_01So I I'm learning as we go but yeah it's uh your your your example has been incredible and and we could stay on and go on and on and on and keep going because there's just the consistency of how you've showed up has been so powerful. I I see courage in every area of your life on a different level I see discipline on a whole nother level the best really is yet to come it's it's even you know Hughes Edwards has been supercharged. I mean the number of homes and opportunities and feedback and the energy that you bring the ownership that you take when you're running a project, building a home I mean I've seen a tremendous difference in everything that you've done. And one of the things before I ask you the final question I just want to highlight and just share I think it's incredible you know every week Brian sends me an update of hey how did the week go? What were you focused on? And I think it's in every message that I return back to him after I review it I'm like your capacity I say the same thing every week intentionally like your capacity is amazing and you have given yourself permission and this is what I would challenge everybody to do challenge your capacity because you either say you know what Ben sounds great but we're gonna put that in the proverbial parking lot I just don't have time. Hey Ben, I don't think you're listening to what I'm trying to tell you I just don't have time. And now I like I just I read these reports and I'm just like Brian is the definition of capacity and that capacity is now leading and there's so many different directions this could go but I just want to ask you this question.
Final Charge Never Waste Today
SPEAKER_00Now that you're finding this capacity this next level this elevation in personal this elevation in your health this elevation in your business this elevation in your life what does legacy mean to you knowing that that now like your your hand on legacy the the impact on Elizabeth and Hillary and Sharon and the family and your parents and grandchildren that are on the way and future grandchildren what does legacy mean to Brian Edwards you know a lot of times I think in the past I thought of legacy you know what is it when you're when you're gone what's legacy but that's not legacy legacy is now legacy is how I treat people how I you know my kids see me how I react in in in um tough times um it's it's when somebody calls and needs something what how am I going to handle that? So I'm I am I am teaching by example or showing by leading by example now because we I want to to see them model the same behavior or who how whatever version they want it to be. So legacy to me means how I am treating others and and how that what that means to them. Look them in the eye and say you know how how are you and then listen take the time to listen to what they they say going deep you've taught me this going deep not it's not it's it's transformational it's not transactional it's about people investing in people and so my legacy is going to be about how I can impact this world in a positive way and we talk about high energy units that's that's your term but it is so true it's about bringing your light and not letting anybody dim it and shining it and letting people know how important they are in their broken, authentic beautiful way flawed all that stuff you are important and unique and you need to to let people know who you are as well and that you deserve the best version of yourself love faith commitment discipline and capacity fueled by the burn one day at a time brought to you by juice what what what a special episode for me uh thank you for allowing us to be real and transparent and authentic about your journey the winning that you're doing I feel blessed to be a part of it.

We will we've we will make it easy for you to connect whether it be a new home or a remodel that needs to be built in Nashville or it's you want some of that juice in the morning, we're gonna give you an opportunity to stay connected to the one and only juice. To each and every single one of you listening I I pray that you can take some of the loving challenge that you've heard today to embrace one day at a time through Brian's gift of a second chance after that crash, right? Never waste a day. It's all about today so why do we continue to bring you the burn? Because why and purpose is not enough. We have to understand that underlying burn which allows you the way he has to take ownership one day at a time every damn day to ignite that why and purpose and to decide to show up when you don't feel like it and especially after you win. What a special episode of the burn we look forward to bringing you the burn every single week and we cannot wait to see you next week this in the I'm a dead boy and a dog I'm a dead boy and a dog I'm a dead boy and a dog I'm a dead boy and a dog
